EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE QUESTIONNAIRE
This questionnaire is designed to assess your emotional landscape/intelligence and help you reach a positive emotional state during practice and performance.
1. What is the most frequent method you use to activate your conscious (rational) mind in practice and performance for golf?
2. How do you activate your imaginative mind during practice and performance for golf?
3. What part of your imagination do you most frequently activate? (Kinesthetic – (movement feeling), tactile/release/touch, visualization, hearing)
4. What are the most frequent positive emotions you experience during the practice and performance of golf? (joy, excitement, calmness, appreciation, passion, dynamic energy)

7. What are the most frequent negative emotions you experience during the practice and performance of golf? (anger, fear, anxiety, sadness, disappointment)
