"Winning The Battle Within"

We are excited to present to you this second edition of Winning the Battle Within. With the first edition being sold out - thanks to golf enthusiasts in the U.S., Europe and Japan 'getting it' when it comes to the critical importance of the inner game - we thought you might enjoy these additional first two chapters, which were not part of the first edition.

Since the book was originally released, we've received reactions to the lessons embedded in Winning the Battle Within from dozens of the best players and coaches in the world, and each has an unique insight. Their comments were fascinating and some like Scott McCarron, Charlie Wi and Kirk Triplett, attribute a significant part of their success on golf's highest competitive platform - the PGA Tour - to the concepts in this book. Others, including USC football coach, Pete Carroll, are using them in arenas other than the golf course. We thought we would share some of these insights and comments with you in a new and exclusive chapter, followed by a second new chapter that captures how Coach Carroll, one of the most successful collegiate coaches in America, has made the WBW concepts the centerpiece of his tremendously successful
coaching philosophy. What follows is a close look at how, in their own words, these premier players and coaches are using Winning the Battle Within on the practice tee and the course.

NFL Legend Bill Walsh calls it "One of the best books ever written on the mental approach to golf and sports."

Dr. Albaugh and Michael Bowker start this book by stating "The perfect swing is the one you trust." With this profound insight, he begins a wonderful journey into the mysteries of the inner game that will help you play better golf and have more fun doing it.
